With over 25 years experience in the business, we specialize in new septic system installations and tank cleaning.
Properly maintaining your septic system is essential for its longevity. On average, systems last between 25 to 30 years. We recommend having your tank pumped every 2–3 years to ensure solids are breaking down properly and do not end up clogging your leaching bed, which could result in costly repairs.

How a Conventional Septic System Works
A conventional septic system consists of a septic tank and a drain field (leaching bed). Wastewater flows from the home into the septic tank where solids settle and liquids are treated before flowing into the drain field for final filtration through the soil. Regular maintenance ensures the system operates efficiently for decades.

Pit Run (Bank Run)
Unprocessed natural gravel and sand mixture excavated directly from a pit. Ideal for general fill, base layers, and road sub-base applications.
A Gravel (Granular A)
Granular A is a premium crushed stone aggregate used as a top base course for roads and driveways, providing excellent compaction and load-bearing capacity.
B Gravel (Granular B Type II)
Granular B Type II is a well-graded crushed aggregate used as a base course beneath roads, parking lots, and structural fills.
Clear Stone (Washed Stone)
Washed and screened single-size crushed stone. Used for drainage applications, pipe bedding, and decorative landscaping.
River Stone (Potato Stone)
Smooth, rounded natural river stone. Commonly used for drainage, erosion control, and decorative landscaping purposes.
Sand
Clean, screened sand suitable for construction, pipe bedding, concrete mixing, and general fill applications.
Topsoil
Quality topsoil for landscaping, grading, and site restoration projects. Ideal for establishing vegetation after construction.
